Clay & Glaze R&D
Clay and glaze designed from scratch to match each purpose and texture. Beyond Mino native materials, we use proprietary glazes — crystalline, metallic, matte — controlled at 1°C precision.
Forming & Digital Modeling
Hand-building, wheel-throwing, slab, slip casting, pressure casting and roller forming. Choosing the optimal method for the use case and quantity. Master patterns are made in Blender and 3D printers, unifying prototype-to-production.
Firing
Electric kilns supporting crystalline, matte and other firing modes. Precision control of temperature and atmosphere produces ideal surfaces with consistent quality.
Graphic Transfer
Silkscreen printing and decal transfer to fix logos and graphics with high precision — every detail rendered cleanly to spec.
Recycled Materials
A material developed by blending 50% incinerator slag and sewage sludge, reaching nearly 100% recyclability. Low environmental impact while preserving beautiful surface and high strength.
Industry Network
In partnership with the kilns and skilled craftspeople of Mino — covering prototyping to production, from one-off pieces to architectural tiles. Small-batch OEM and bespoke commissions both welcome.

From brand-concept building to design supervision. Logos, packaging, photography, copywriting — branding services that bring the full appeal of the product to the surface.

Semi-custom.
Choose a piece you love from the store and have it reworked in a different glaze, a different size, or a different decoration. No new master form is required — we simply re-apply existing molds and glaze recipes, so the lead time is short and the cost stays accessible.

A single piece designed entirely from scratch — form, material, and glaze — for a brand, a space, or a special occasion. From art works and hotel commissions to collaborative projects and architectural tiles. Master patterns are made in Blender and 3D printers, and produced through a unified pipeline from prototype to production with our Mino partner kilns.
