§ Shipping

Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the work. Pieces in stock typically ship within a few days; made-to-order works require additional time depending on content. We will notify you of the estimated dispatch date by email after your order. Domestic shipping uses Yamato Takkyubin region-based pricing (from ¥920 within mainland Japan (incl. packaging); Hokkaido/Okinawa surcharge applies; package size adds further fees). Free shipping on orders over ¥20,000 (tax included). International shipping (EMS / international Takkyubin) is available — please contact us for a quote.
§ Payment

Payment

We accept a wide range of payment methods. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay, Paidy (Buy-now-pay-later), bank transfer (Pay-easy) and convenience store payment (within Japan). International customers can use Alipay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, GCash (Philippines), DANA (Indonesia), Touch'n Go eWallet (Malaysia), and Pix (Brazil). All prices are quoted in JPY; for cards issued outside Japan, the final charge is calculated in JPY at the rate set by your card issuer. Payments are processed securely by KOMOJU Inc.
§ Returns & cancellations

Returns

Except for defects, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. Variations in glaze color, surface, and dimensions are intrinsic to the work and are not considered defects. Please consider these subtleties part of the appeal of handmade ceramics.
§ When metal marks appear

Metal marks

Metal cutlery sometimes leaves pencil-like gray marks on the surface — this is friction between metal and glaze, not a defect. A melamine sponge or a citric-acid soak removes them.
§ Stains & odors

Stains & odors

Soak in a baking-soda solution, or in a chlorine- or oxygen-based bleach. Some glazes are sensitive to bleach, so please test on an inconspicuous area first.
§ Microwave

Microwave

Avoid overheating or running the microwave dry. Sudden temperature changes can cause cracks; do not chill the piece immediately after heating.
§ Oven & open flame

Oven / open flame

Never use in the oven or on an open flame — sudden temperature changes will damage the work.
